Usage
These subscription terms apply to the user’s subscription for access to OceanSoul's online yoga library.
By subscribing through OceanSoul's website, you accept these terms.
2. Agreement and Receipt
When you subscribe, you enter into an agreement with OceanSoul, Rodosvej 7D, 2. th, 2300 Copenhagen S ("OceanSoul").
The agreement is made through OceanSoul’s website. To access a subscription and online services, you must create an account on our website. When subscribing, it is required that you provide a valid email address to OceanSoul.
After completing the purchase, you will receive a receipt via email, which you should keep. All contracts and agreements are made in Danish and are subject to Danish law.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.
By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided is correct, that you are over 18 years old, and that you are the authorized user of the credit card used.
You will receive your invoices via the provided email address.
3. Products and Services
It is specified on OceanSoul’s website and in your receipt which online services you have purchased and what these services entail.
The online yoga subscription provides you with free access to videos in the online yoga library.
A subscription is ongoing and continues until cancelled through the website.
Promotional periods (including special discounts, etc.) cannot be extended. Upon the expiration of a promotional period, the subscription will continue at the full price as stated when the agreement was made.
4. Copyright
All content included in OceanSoul's online services is for personal use only. The content is copyrighted and may not be copied or shared. Any reproduction or commercial use of the content may only take place with OceanSoul's permission.
The subscription to OceanSoul's online services is personal, and it is not allowed to share the login details with a third party.
By subscribing, you also agree that OceanSoul is entitled to terminate the agreement or interrupt your access to OceanSoul's online services at any time and without prior notice if these copyright terms are not complied with. It is strictly forbidden to share, copy, or resell access to OceanSoul’s online services to third parties.
5. Prices and Payment
The price of the subscription is specified on OceanSoul’s website and on your receipt. Payment can be made with a credit card through the online payment system that OceanSoul uses at any given time.
By subscribing, you accept that the payment service OceanSoul uses may collect and process your payment details.
Payment for the subscription is made automatically before each period until you actively cancel your subscription. Each payment period lasts 30 days from the time of purchase.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting OceanSoul directly or by accessing your account on OceanSoul’s website.
Cancellation can occur at the end of a payment period. If, for example, you purchased your subscription on the 6th of a calendar month, cancellation can occur on the 6th of a subsequent calendar month. If you have purchased a subscription that lasts longer than a month, the cancellation period is specified in the receipt you receive.
Your subscription will automatically renew, but you can cancel it at any time. For example, if you purchased a one-month subscription, you can cancel it at any time during that period and not be charged again. The same applies for 6- and 12-month subscriptions. If you purchase a 6 or 12-month subscription, it will automatically renew, but you can cancel it at any time within the period.
You will still have access to the online services for the period you have paid for.
If you won a subscription in a competition, received a free trial period, or other offer through OceanSoul, you must also actively cancel your subscription after the free period ends, as specified when the agreement was made.
In the case of payment default, OceanSoul may stop your subscription.
7. Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing online services, you have a 14-day full right of withdrawal, provided you have not used the online service. The withdrawal period begins from the day the subscription starts, i.e., the day the digital access begins.
If you have used our online services, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact OceanSoul via email.
8. Responsibility, Interruptions, etc.
OceanSoul strives to provide the best experience for its users. However, it is not possible to guarantee that the website will never experience issues or work flawlessly.
OceanSoul cannot be held responsible for any operational disruptions, faults, or periods when the website is not working or accessible, regardless of whether the disruptions are due to factors related to OceanSoul or to you.
In the event of downtime that significantly impairs the use of the subscription, and if OceanSoul is responsible, compensation will be evaluated individually.
All yoga sessions are at your own risk. We recommend you get a health check from your doctor before starting to ensure you are both physically and mentally fit for yoga. OceanSoul cannot be held responsible for the subscriber's health, injuries, or issues related to or resulting from participation in yoga sessions. All participation is at your own risk.
9. Processing of Personal Data
Information you provide when subscribing to OceanSoul or creating a user account is registered and processed confidentially by OceanSoul. Personal data is collected and processed in connection with the completion of purchases and the use of our online services.

10. Changes to Subscription Terms
OceanSoul reserves the right to change these subscription terms at any time.
Changes will be notified with at least one month’s notice and in accordance with applicable law.
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details (including email) updated, so that communication from OceanSoul can always be received. We send service notifications via email.
The applicable subscription terms can always be read on OceanSoul’s website.
