The pie is: raw, vegan, gluten-free and sugar-free. The pie is simple to make and requires no special ingredients.
Ingrediens
Crust :
130g walnuts blended into flour
130g almonds blended into flour
155g (5dl) dates
Strawberry cream
200g cashews (blended)
300g fresh strawberries
4 tbsp. Agave syrup (or other syrup)
If you like: extra strawberries or other berries for decoration.
Procedure
Crust :
1. Put cashew nuts and dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften, then drain the water.
2. Blend the dates until they form a soft mass. Add the walnut and almond flour and blend it all together.
3. Now press the base out into your form (preferably a spring form).
Strawberry creme
1. Blend strawberries and add cashew nuts and syrup and blend until smooth.
Pour it on top of the base and leave it in the fridge for at least 8 hours.
